We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and professional dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient dental practice. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on patient health and comfort, utilizing your skills to promote oral wellness across diverse patient populations.
Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth to prevent disease.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and recommend appropriate care routines.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Cleardent.
- Manage sterilization of dental instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with the front office team to schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Skills
- Proficiency with Cleardent or similar dental management software.
- Knowledge of general dentistry procedures.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive patient experiences.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry for accurate documentation and communication.
- Excellent communication skills, compassionate demeanor, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. This position is integral to delivering high-quality dental care while fostering a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. We value professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing learning in the field of oral health.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48.00-$58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
