  • Enter content provided by client or internal team, and assess formatting needs such as image cropping, image swaps, module swaps, or other adjustments.
  • Create clear, user-friendly content editing guides (PDFs) that document custom website modules and functionality for client reference.
  • Enter SEO metadata, configure plugins, build and connect forms, and handle other website tasks for overall site configuration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and the Technical PM to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the website build process.

Required Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear, professional written communication.
  • Collaborative team player who takes direction well and asks questions when needed.
  • Proactive problem-solver who flags issues early, and brings ideas or solutions to the table.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and processes.

Required Hard Skills

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress content management (entering content, building pages, working with Gutenberg).
  • Understanding of web content best practices including content hierarchy, readability, and user experience.
  • Ability to follow design specifications and ensure content matches approved layouts.
  • Comfortable creating clear documentation and instructions for non-technical audiences.

Required Software Experience

  • WordPress
  • Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets).

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience working with website content, digital marketing, or web project coordination.
  • Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, digital media, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Portfolio or examples of websites you've worked on (content entry, QA, or coordination roles).

Bonus Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how content impacts search performance.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or website analytics platforms.
  • Content marketing experience.
  • UX design principles or web design fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with other CMS platforms (Wix, Squarespace, Craft CMS, Shopify).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (we use Bugherd).

Compensation

$68,000–$80,000 CAD salary band, based on experience. Hybrid work flexibility with the expectation of regular in-office collaboration.

If you think you're the person for the job, please apply and include a brief note about why you're interested in this role and any websites you've contributed to.
