Print Production Lead – Apparel & Merchandise | Singh's Print

Description:

Singh's Print is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Print Production Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our apparel and merchandise printing setup.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in direct-to-garment (DTG), heat press, vinyl, or custom apparel production, who's ready to step into a reliable, self-managed position. You'll be responsible for production quality, order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth workflow across a small but growing operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate DTG and heat press machines (e.g., Ricoh RI1000)
  • Prep, print, finish, and pack apparel and merchandise
  • Fulfill client orders with consistent attention to detail and timing
  • Maintain inventory of blanks, ink, pretreatment, and packaging supplies
  • Keep workspace organized and clean
  • Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients
  • Optional: Assist with light design edits (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Description du poste :

Singh's Print est à la recherche d'un(e) responsable de production rigoureux(se) et autonome pour gérer les opérations quotidiennes de notre atelier d'impression de vêtements et d'articles personnalisés.

Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne ayant de l'expérience en impression directe sur textile (DTG), presse à chaud, vinyle ou production de vêtements personnalisés, et qui souhaite occuper un rôle stable et fiable au sein d'un environnement créatif.

Responsabilités :

  • Utiliser des machines DTG et presse à chaud (ex. : Ricoh RI1000)
  • Préparer, imprimer, finaliser et emballer les commandes
  • Assurer la qualité d'impression et le respect des délais de production
  • Gérer l'inventaire des vêtements, encres, traitements et emballages
  • Maintenir l'atelier propre et bien organisé
  • Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe, et parfois avec les clients
  • Optionnel : retouches de base sur Photoshop ou Illustrator

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience en impression textile ou production personnalisée (DTG un atout)
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
  • Fierté du travail bien fait et souci du détail
  • Capacité à s'adapter et à optimiser les méthodes de travail
  • Atout : connaissance d'outils comme , Square, etc.
