Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and systems
  • Review data for discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Verify accuracy of data before entering
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Generate reports and perform basic administrative tasks as needed
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40–60 WPM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certifications are a plus
