Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Waterfront Physio & Rehab – Humber Bay Shores, Etobicoke

Waterfront Physio & Rehab is a privately owned, friendly multidisciplinary clinic offering Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Acupuncture for patients of all ages.

We're looking for a front desk/administrative assistant to manage daily operations including bookings, billing, and client communication. Hours a Week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and reschedule patients via phone or email
  • Process payments and direct billing to insurance
  • Communicate with insurers to verify coverage
  • Provide excellent client service and handle cost inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk
  • Manage laundry and end-of-day tidying

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable discussing payment and handling client concerns
