Full-Time Experience Attendant (Guest Services) - Usva Spa

As an Experience Attendant, you will be responsible for offering a warm welcome to guests and

ensuring they have an exceptional experience at the spa. You will maintain the cleanliness and

preparation of spaces, respond to guests' questions, and help maintain a calm and relaxing

atmosphere. You will also be tasked with informing clients about the services offered and

supporting the team with various operational tasks.

Job Status:
Full-Time (must be available evenings and weekends)

Wage:
Starting at $18.00/hr + tips

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, explain the thermal experience, answer their questions, and manage the checkin and check-out process, including handling payments and providing necessary items (robes, towels, lockers, etc.).
  • Take orders, prepare beverages, and serve meals.
  • Perform regular rounds on the site to ensure a smooth guest experience and maintain the cleanliness of the facilities.
  • Respond to client requests, either in person or by phone, and manage reservations for treatments and thermal experiences.
  • Rigorously follow hygiene and safety standards while cleaning and maintaining work areas, including reception, service zones, locker rooms, and thermal spaces.
  • Support the team as needed, taking on different tasks depending on workload (reception, café, maintenance, etc.).
  • Report any situations requiring intervention to the Experience Manager.
  • Perform any other related tasks necessary for the success and efficiency of the position.

Skills and Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in customer service
  • Bilingualism (French and English) to interact with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends).
  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and respectful attitude.
  • Good organization and time management.
