Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to represent a premium tobacco alternative/vape brand at Vancouver International Airport. This is a contract role which favours a current or former smoker or vape user with strong sales skills who enjoys engaging and speaking with people, and thrives in a luxury retail environment.

This is an active sales role. We need someone outgoing, confident, polished, and proactive who is comfortable approaching travelers and educating them on premium vape products.

Key Requirements

  • Retail sales background, ideally in high end retail - bartending experience is a plus
  • Current or former smoker or vape user strongly preferred
  • Available for 2 - 3 morning shifts (as early as 7:00 a.m.) per week to start
  • Energetic, sales driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills and an engaging personality
  • Ability to work well with store teams and follow in-store protocols
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus

What You Will Do

  • Represent a premium vape brand at YVR duty free store
  • Share product knowledge and educate travelers
  • Support in-store teams in driving overall sales
  • Maintain merchandising standards and monitor stock
  • Track daily sales results and follow all compliance guidelines
