Job Description

CEDA is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Chemical Cleaning division based out of our Regina location.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of chemical cleaning projects from concept to completion- planning, estimating and executing with precision
  • Keeping our projects on track by overseeing crews, equipment, materials and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with schedule, budget, safety and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met through safe, high-quality and cost-effective solutions
  • Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and initiate corrective actions when needed
  • Collaborate across CEDA teams by working closely with operations, lab services and the blend plant to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
  • All other related duties as required

Role Specifications:

  • 7+ years of chemical cleaning experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • A solid understanding of ABSA and related regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills- you're the person who gets things done and keeps everyone in sync
  • Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, FieldFX, and AX (or a willingness to learn)
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience is a definite asset
  • Willingness to travel and work hands-on with clients and field teams

  • You're a hands-on leader who knows how to guide, motivate, and support your crew- keeping everyone focused, safe, and proud of the work you accomplish together
