Bus Factory Quality Inspector

About the Role:
Conduct thorough inspections of bus components and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards and transit system requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in production processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.
- Participant in client meetings and manufacturing meetings.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality assurance is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience in quality inspection or assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience in automotive or heavy duty vehicle maintenance is an asset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Compensation:
Competitive based on skills. Full time and part time role available as well.
