We are seeking an experienced Master Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upholstery, including the ability to use a variety of tools and materials to create custom furniture pieces. The successful candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skillset and join a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and cut fabrics to fit the furniture.
  • Strip furniture of old fabric and padding.
  • Staple fabric to the frame of the furniture.
  • Install zippers, buttons, and other decorative elements.
  • Inspect furniture for any defects or damage.
  • Repair any damage to the frame or fabric.
  • Apply foam, batting, and other materials to the frame.
  • Attach decorative trim to the furniture.
  • Patterning and Sewing
  • Creation of upholstery procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
