Rondivills Boarding Kennels is a well-established pet-care facility in East Richmond offering dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and cat care. What You'll Do
Feed, walk, and monitor dogs with care and consistency
Walk dogs safely and confidently on-leash (various breeds and sizes)
Clean and kennels, cat rooms, play areas, and grooming spaces
Supervise group play sessions and encourage positive interactions
Provide basic care for cats — feeding, cleaning, gentle handling
Support grooming staff with bathing, brushing, or prep as needed
Maintain accurate feeding, medication, and activity records
Communicate clearly with coworkers and clients

$18–$20/hour, depending on experience

Ideal Candidates must have :
Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in a kennel, daycare environment (required)
Confidence handling dogs and cats safely and respectful
Dependable, punctual, and highly attentive to cleanliness
Comfortable in a physically active, fast-paced setting (lifting up to 50 pounds) & Basic leash skills
Good communication skills and a calm, caring attitude
