As we continue to grow, Weed Man offers various part-time and full-time employment opportunities. We are currently looking for our next great Door to Door Supervisor to join our successful team. - No Experience Required

As a Door to Door Supervisor, you will carry out duties such as:

  • Supervise lead generation team who provide free lawn care estimates to prospective clients
  • Assign areas to solicit, drive within Calgary and surrounding areas, walk for up to 6 hours
  • Check validity of marketing leads
  • Transport lead generation team to and from specific areas of the city with company vehicle
  • Lead team in structures and goals by coaching and motivating

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

  • Clean driving record with minimum 5 years driving experience
  • Drivers Abstract Required
  • Team-lead experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Positive mindset with ability to work in a results-oriented environment
  • Dependable and Reliable

Job Types: part-time, Seasonal

Salary: $18.00 per hour + bonus per qualified lead (potential to reach up $30 per hour)

Schedule:

  • 4-5 hour shifts
  • Monday to Thursday 3pm till 8pm and Saturday 9am till 2pm

Supplemental pay types:
