with hands-on experience in
Dataphile
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring optimal use of Dataphile for operational efficiency and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements related to Dataphile.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Configure and support Dataphile functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
- Liaise with IT and vendor teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support data integrity, reporting, and reconciliation efforts within Dataphile.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and upgrades.
- Provide end-user support and training on Dataphile features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Proven experience working with
Dataphile - Strong understanding of investment operations, trade processing, and client account management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with SQL or other data tools is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
