Underground Utility Laborer

JOB SUMMARY:
We are the crew that gets called when underground infrastructure breaks, we dig up roads and fix the main lines. We are looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and aren't afraid of mud, snow, or physical exertion.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manual Digging: Hand-digging trenches and pits to expose underground utilities (gas, hydro, fiber).
- Backfilling: Shoveling soil and restoring surfaces after repairs are made.
- Outdoor Work: Working outside 100% of the time in all weather conditions (Heat, Rain, Snow, Cold).
- Heavy Lifting: Moving equipment, materials, and debris (50+ lbs).
- Safety First: Strictly following safety protocols around heavy machinery and live utilities.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Grit & Stamina: You must be physically fit and able to dig for 8-10 hours a day.
- Reliability: You show up on time every day, regardless of the weather.
- Attitude: You take pride in hard work and don't need a supervisor watching your every move.
- No Experience Required: We will train you on everything. If you have the work ethic, we have the tools.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid G Driver's License (clean abstract preferred).
- Must be able to commute to our yard in Mississauga/Brampton by 7:00 AM daily.
- Previous experience in landscaping, general labor, concrete, or farming is a huge asset.
- Note: Engineering degrees or IT certifications are NOT required for this role.
