Job Title: Vape Store Sales Associate

Location: The Cloud Lounge – Inside Pickle's Pumps, Nipissing First Nation

Starting Pay: $20/hour

About Us

The Cloud Lounge is a modern vape store located inside Pickle's Pumps — your one-stop destination for fuel, convenience, and relaxation. We specialize in premium vape products, e-liquids, and accessories, offering our customers a comfortable and friendly shopping experience.

Position Overview

We're looking for Sales Associates who are knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused. As the face of The Cloud Lounge, you'll help customers find the right products, maintain a clean and inviting shop space, and ensure compliance with all regulations related to vape sales.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all vape and tobacco regulations
  • Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organize displays
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
  • Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

  • Must be 19 years of age or older (required by law for vape sales)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions
  • Interest or experience in vaping products is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Starting Wage: $20/hour
  • Hours: Part-time or full-time positions available
  • Location: The Cloud Lounge inside Pickle's Pumps, Nipissing First Nation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
