The Job Description:

Joining our sales team in Prince George, BC, our Sales Rep will be responsible for:

  • Does a variety of sales activities in pavement maintenance and snow removal
  • Has multiple sales opportunities occurring simultaneously
  • Has a sense of urgency for achieving sales targets and income goals
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
  • Leads conversations with prospects
  • Focused on people and relationships - Inspire, motivate others, and engage their commitment
  • Can assume responsibility for risk
  • Utilizes an extroverted, warm, enthusiastic, empathetic approach to sales
  • Is a stimulating communicator and has a persuasive "selling" style
  • Can work independently
  • Strong commitment to results
  • Work from company office primarily, with work-from-home available and occasional travel

Experience Required:

  • No experience required.
  • Experience in driving new business in a sales position is considered an asset, but not required.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for new business
  • Excellent with technology, including mobile and computer technology
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • All applicants must take Predictive Index online assessments (provided upon application)
  • Existing knowledge and experience with CRM's is an asset

Salary and Benefits:

  • This is a salaried + commission position in a range of $60,000 - $130,000 with no earning cap
  • Extended health benefits, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  • A dedicated sales cell phone number will be provided
  • Company vehicles are available for use and/or automobile allowance for personal vehicle use
