Key responsibilities · Project Management Support and Monitoring · Project Budgeting and Coordination · Project Reporting Position Function · Develop a project work plan by defining project objectives and deliverables. · Prepare and review the project budget, ensure work schedule timelines are met and/or recommend improved progress actions. · Direct project resources and ensure resources are optimally utilized and within budget parameters. · Meeting coordination and data management. · Articulate and summarize progress reports regarding project performance. · Analyze project costs and prepare financial reports. · Embodies O2's values and demonstrates a professional demeanor. Qualifications · A bachelor's degree in business, finance, and/or equivalent. · Developed knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and reporting procedures. · years of project management experience. · Innovative, exceptional time management, excellent communication, analytical, and critical problem-solving skills. · A CPA, PMP, or equivalent designation is considered an asset.
