If you enjoy independence and are looking for a stable career in a growing industry, this is an ideal opportunity for you As a Senior Sales Representative, you would manage a small team and assist in service retailers with an assortment of popular snack food brands.
Responsibilities:
Achieve account development objectives through effective goal setting and performance management.
Develop an effective sales team through supervision, motivation, and participation.
When needed, provide relief coverage of sales routes throughout the Western and Central regions.
Coordinate the relief schedule throughout the region as well as tracking vehicle maintenance, scheduling and conducting of quarterly route audits.
Champion projects, programs, and business initiatives.
Requirements:
1-3 years consumer goods sales experience
Minimum Grade 12 education. (Post-Secondary education is an asset.)
Valid and clean driver's license. (Driver's abstract will be requested.)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective organization skills and can handle multiple priorities.
Team player, with strong communication skills.
Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
A reliable vehicle to get to the worksite before accessing work vehicle.
Ability to travel and stay overnight when required.
