Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC fabricator with solid-surface and countertop fabrication and finishing. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work. This position involves hands-on fabrication and finishing, as well as supporting daily shop and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with cutting, sanding, and finishing solid surface countertops.
  • CNC operator Bretton Router, Donatoni Saw.
  • Support installation teams with countertop handling, delivery, and site preparation.
  • Keep the shop organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing materials.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.
  • Perform other general shop and warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in solid surface or countertop fabrication (required).
  • Experience operating fabrication equipment - Bretton Router and Donatoni Saw (preferred).
  • Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and shop machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets.
