Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair styling services while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service, as well as effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Duties

• Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Engage with clients to deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in hair styling or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
• Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus.

Pay: $17.75-$18.50 per hour
