Furniture Installer (Part-Time / Flexible, On-Call)

$19–$22.50/hr to start | 2–4 days/week | Vancouver + Lower Mainland (occasional Fraser Valley)

Buy Rite Business Furnishings is a well-established office furniture company with a strong reputation and steady work. We're hiring part-time installers who can handle a flexible schedule and show up with the right attitude—every time.

This role is a strong fit if you're reliable, coachable, and take pride in doing clean work on professional job sites.

What this job actually looks like

  • 2–4 days per week, mostly weekdays
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend installs (not constant, but it happens)
  • Shifts are typically 4–8 hours (variable depending on the project)
  • Work is across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
  • About once every 2 weeks, you may go directly to a site (including occasional Fraser Valley days)

What you'll do

  • Load/unload and help deliver office furniture
  • Assemble and install desks, workstations, seating, and accessories
  • Use tools and equipment provided to complete clean, safe installs
  • Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
  • Maintain a high standard of care for product, property, and your team

Skills that help (not required)

  • Furniture moving and assembly
  • Basic hand tools / construction background
  • Delivery or installation experience
  • Driver's license + ability to drive a truck is an asset (not required)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
