This position is an integral part of the overall operation of a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery office that provides both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic care.

We are looking for someone with expertise in providing a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments including:

  • Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Treatments (PRP, IPL, RF, Hair Removal, Skin Tightening and Skin Rejuvenation)

  • Consulting and selling medical grade skin care

  • Nursing experience with providing post-operative care when required is an asset

  • Injectable Treatments (Botox and Fillers)

Aside from providing consultation and treatment, the candidate will be intimately involved in the overall success of the relationship between the office and the patient. This is a frontline position requiring a good working knowledge of customer service. The candidate must be willing and able to adapt to the changing need of a multi-service office. The primary role is creating an excellent patient service experience. Other responsibilities include learning the art of Hair Transplantations, administration support, fielding patient calls and coordination with senior management and doctors.

Required Experience:

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AN AESTHETIC (COSMETIC) SETTING (plastic surgery office, medical spa, cosmetic dermatology).

Other Education and Experience:

  • College Diploma
  • Experience with medical terminology
  • Licence RN or RPN will receive highest consideration
  • Completion of a neurotoxins and derma filler injection certification program
  • Experience in hair restoration is an asset

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
