We're looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our high-energy bar and restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and are ready to grow your leadership career, this is the place for you.

As our AGM, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager to drive the success, culture, and profitability of our venue. Your leadership will help shape our guest experience, develop our people, and build on our strong community connections.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the GM in hiring, training, and mentoring front- and back-of-house teams
  • Leading by example to create a positive, inclusive, and fun workplace
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, community engagement, and promotions
  • Overseeing daily operations, including service standards, guest satisfaction, and staff performance
  • Monitoring budgets, managing controllable costs, and contributing to fiscal targets
  • Ensuring compliance with Liquor Act, Health & Safety, and all relevant regulations
  • Regularly stepping onto the floor as a server or team lead to stay connected with the guest experience
  • Acting as the GM's deputy, supporting all venue operations and team management when required

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or lounge
  • A strong understanding of hospitality operations, including guest service, staff management, and compliance
  • Strong administrative & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for teamwork, mentorship, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and current food trends
  • Experience with venue marketing, events, or live entertainment
