What you'll do:

As a Treasury Management (TM) Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle for clients utilizing products and services from the Treasury Management suite. In this role you'll oversee the onboarding of new relationships, including account setup and treasury management products. You'll provide client training, expert guidance on treasury management solutions, and advisement on bank products that best support the client's needs. You'll also meet service level customer service standards including turn-around time, risk management and regulatory compliance, productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage complete client lifecycle stages to achieve quality, scope, and schedule that deliver on the products and services utilized by the client. Provide technical support and assistance to clients, helping to troubleshoot, and determine how and when to escalate issues.
  • Perform activities in compliance with bank policies and procedures and ensures that documentation is accurate and properly maintained. Work on projects and initiatives focused on improving client experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong working relationships and act as a liaison between clients, relationship management, and TM Sales for technical and operational processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency and customer service. Facilitate the flow of information and communication between all involved parties.

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Finance (GL Mgmt., Public Reporting, Analysis), Financial Analysis or similar field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Entry level to intermediate proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
