This role sits within a growing software company building a modern platform that supports complex operational workflows at scale. The product is well-established, actively used, and entering a phase focused on performance, reliability, and long-term technical evolution.

You'll join an experienced engineering team working on a production-grade platform with real impact. This is a high-ownership role focused on backend systems, improving architecture, and helping prepare the platform for future AI-driven capabilities - alongside engineers who care deeply about quality and thoughtful execution.

What You'll Be Doing


• Building and maintaining backend services for a production SaaS platform


• Designing and scaling APIs and core backend systems


• Improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability


• Collaborating with engineering and product leadership on technical direction


• Refactoring existing services and strengthening platform foundations


• Supporting future AI-driven features and integrations


• Owning projects end-to-end, from design through deployment

Compensation Transparency

The expected compensation range for this role is
$140,000 – $165,000 annually
, depending on experience and qualifications.
