We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter/Sandblaster to join our team based out of our Prescott, Ontario yard. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial coatings, blasting techniques, and surface preparation in accordance with NACE standards. This is a flexible full-time position that requires availability on any day and time based on project needs.

Pay

  • $22/hr

Schedule

  • This is a full-time position on a flex schedule, that requires availability on any day and time based on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform industrial painting and sandblasting on various metal surfaces and structures.
  • Apply coatings such as epoxies, urethanes, and other industrial finishes.
  • Prepare surfaces according to NACE standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot sandblasting and paint equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
  • Follow safety protocols, quality control procedures, and project specifications.
  • Travel within Ontario for project assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial painting and sandblasting.
  • Strong knowledge of NACE standards and coating applications.
  • Proven experience spraying epoxies, urethanes, and industrial coatings.
  • Ability to perform equipment maintenance and basic repairs.
  • Valid Ontario G driver's licence (required).
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel within Ontario.
