Apex Truck & Trailer is growing and hiring for two skilled 310T positions:

• Licensed 310T Technician – Rotating Shift
• 310T Foreman – Straight Afternoon Shift (4×10s)

POSITION 1: 310T Truck & Coach Technician / Mechanic

Schedule: Rotating shift Days Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Afternoons Mon-Thurs 2:30-pm-1am

Apex Truck & Trailer is looking for Licensed 310T Technicians who want stable hours, strong pay, a modern work environment, and a team-first culture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnostics, electrical, brakes, suspension, PMs, and rebuilds
• Work on all makes and models: trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Use OEM-level tools and diagnostic software
• Support and collaborate with apprentices and fellow techs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed 310T Technician (3+ years licensed preferred)
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic capability
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with technology/iPads
• Valid G-Class license (clean abstract required)
• Bonus: equipment or hydraulic repair experience

POSITION 2: 310T Truck & Coach Technician / Mechanic – FOREMAN (Straight Afternoons, 4×10s)

Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM

(Three-day weekends every week.)

Apex Truck & Trailer is hiring a Licensed Foreman to lead our afternoon shift. This is a hands-on leadership role where you run the floor and help shape a high-performance team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and direct the afternoon shift workflow
• Mentor apprentices and guide junior technicians
• Handle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and major mechanical repairs
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work stays on schedule
• Stay hands-on — this is not a desk job
• Complete all work orders digitally using iPads

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Licensed 310T Technician (10+ years preferred)
• 3+ years Foreman/Lead Hand experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical background
• Confident leading a team and setting the pace
• Skilled with diagnostic software and digital tools
• Valid G-Class license (clean abstract required)
• Bonus: equipment or hydraulics experience
