The Impact You Will Have
The Program Manager, Operational Quality & Improvement is a strategic leader responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to improve the accuracy, consistency, and turnaround of operational outputs across quoting and other key business processes. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders and key business stakeholders to define performance targets, monitor outcomes, and drive action planning. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and operational insight to elevate the quality and consistency of outputs across the organization. R eporting to the Director, Customer Success & Operations Improvement, this role is pivotal in driving cross functional collaboration, establishing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By implementing a robust quality framework, this role will directly improve the reliability and accuracy of key cross functional business outputs, and help build scalable processes and governance models that support long-term operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end operational quality strategy by partnering with senior leaders across departments to establish quality and turnaround KPIs, and ensure accountability for results
  • Own the reporting of program outcomes, risks, and improvement plans to executive stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Define and track quality & turnaround KPIs across quoting and other processes
  • Analyze performance trends and feedback to identify systemic issues and lead targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and inform improvement projects
  • Report on program performance, risks, and improvement outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Office to ensure alignment with customer needs and feedback.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on operational excellence or quality improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development, performance reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $81,260 - $95,600.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
