As Communications Advisor, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated communications initiatives that strengthen the REALTOR brand, engage key audiences, and deliver measurable business value across multiple channels.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Oversee strategic communication planning across internal and external platforms, including member engagements, media relations, government relations, marketing, and community investment initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns that enhance the REALTOR brand, support business goals, and deliver measurable results through compelling content and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance, managing sensitive information with discretion, and building strong, effective relationships.
• Create, analyze, and refine communications by leveraging data, audience insights, and research to improve engagement across email marketing, digital channels, and publications.
• Support key organizational initiatives such as events, community investment, member engagement, and change management through targeted messaging, content creation, and strategic communications.
