We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help maintain our high standards and deliver outstanding software quality to our clients.

Job Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Techdinamics, you will be critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions. Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will design, execute, and refine testing strategies to detect and resolve issues before they impact our customers.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and multi-tenant environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in automated testing frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
  • Proficiency in API testing and test automation using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
  • Experience working with Git and the command-line interface (CLI).
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Jira, and test management tools such as Testmo, Zephyr, and Xray.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality software and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with shipping, logistics, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of testing AI systems and leveraging AI for test automation.
  • Exposure to load and performance testing frameworks like JMeter or Gatling.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent.
