Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Popcorn Potential Full time

Remote | Independent Contractor | Professional Services

Are you an experienced professional who feels ready for a different way of working, one that values autonomy, impact, and personal growth as much as performance?

Popcorn Potential
is expanding globally and we're inviting experienced, values-led professionals to explore an independent, remote role supporting others through career transition, mindset development, and personal growth.

This opportunity suits people who are no longer motivated by traditional career ladders, but still want to contribute, grow, and build something meaningful.

About the Work

This is not a traditional job. It's an independent contractor role within a global professional network focused on mindset, leadership, and personal development.

You'll work with individuals who are actively seeking change, supporting them through structured conversations, education pathways, and decision-making processes that help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Engage in consultative conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional growth
  • Build authentic relationships through values-led communication
  • Guide people toward clarity around mindset, career direction, and life design
  • Use proven systems, frameworks, and digital tools to manage your workflow
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, mentoring, and leadership training
  • Operate independently while collaborating within a supportive global community

Who This Is For

This role is best suited to professionals who:

  • Have 5+ years' experience in coaching, consulting, recruitment, leadership, education, sales, HR, healthcare, or corporate roles
  • Are comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
  • Value personal growth, ethical work, and long-term thinking
  • Communicate confidently and enjoy meaningful conversations
  • Are open to learning new systems and ways of working
  • Want flexibility without sacrificing structure, support, or standards

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work - part-time or full-time flexibility
  • Access to established systems, education programs, and mentoring
  • A performance-based compensation model aligned to contribution and outcomes
  • Ongoing professional and personal development
  • A values-driven, global professional community

Important to Know

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried position.

It is not suitable for students or recent graduates.

Applicants must be legally able to operate as independent contractors in their country of residence.

If you're at a stage in life where alignment matters more than titles, and growth matters more than comfort, we invite you to explore this further.

Popcorn Potential - build what's next, intentionally.
