Licensed Assistant II

to join our client

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and handling inquiries
  • Managing account maintenance
  • Updating client info, processing requests, executing transactions
  • Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, preparing documentation and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and ensuring compliance
  • Processing account openings, transfers, and trade orders under advisor direction
  • Preparing financial plans, portfolio reviews, and investment proposals
  • Supporting audits and regulatory reviews
  • Collaborating with team members and providing backup assistance

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred (Finance, Business, and Economics)
  • 2-4 Years of Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management
  • Securities Licensing (CSC, CPH, WME or equivalent)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and concepts
