We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our consulting agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide expert guidance on our services, ensuring clients receive clear and accurate information.
  • Assist clients with problem resolution, proactively identifying solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and responsiveness in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Must be comfortable working out of our Victoria, BC office - this is NOT a REMOTE position.
