As our next Industrial Maintenance Millwright you'll be responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. Your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems will be essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Read diagrams and schematics to determine work procedures
• Install and assemble industrial machinery using hand and power tools
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment for irregularities and malfunctions
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts
• Operate machine tools (lathes, grinders) to fabricate parts
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication
• Construct foundations for machinery
• Train new hires and apprentices
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Health & Safety Systems
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree or Trade School Certification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding experience is an asset
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in mathematics

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Indoor work environment with varying noise and temperature levels
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and crawling
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
