Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and social media platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools such as CANVA, PLANOLY and KLAYVIO to schedule posts and manage social media accounts effectively.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
