The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. If you're sales-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping clients, we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow with the full support of an innovative and flexible brokerage behind them.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients
  • Generate leads through existing networks and Centers of Influence
  • Deliver exceptional service and expert insurance advice
  • Work in a fully digital, paperless environment with modern CRM tools
  • Operate with full flexibility: remote, hybrid, or in-office options available

What You Bring

  • Must have a RIBO license
  • Strong sales aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptable and open to new technologies and processes
