• You don't just define a vision—you drive the execution and successful delivery of complex web builds (marketing sites, e-commerce, custom software). You know how tset targets, deliver and measure them alongside our amazing team.
• You empower your team tlead, stand, and deliver. You build them up, push them forward, and inspire them tbe their greatest self, especially in cross-functional integration.
• You have the real conversations. When the strategy, project scope, or technical feasibility isn't good enough, you say it. Not because you enjoy criticism, but because you know that honest feedback makes us all better.
• You're a trusted leader for clients, guiding them on product roadmaps, technical feasibility, and strategic investment, helping them tmake the right decisions—not just the easiest ones.

Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, technical project management, or senior product management. You deeply understand how ttranslate high-level business goals intactionable technical roadmaps and successful execution for complex web, e-commerce, or custom software builds.
• A proven track record demonstrated by a portfoliof at least 5 case studies showing successful project delivery and strategy resulting in measurable business impact (e.g., improved conversion rates, revenue growth, or increased operational efficiency).
• Location: You must be within a 2-hour drive of London, Ontario, and available tbe in the office twice a month tcollaborate with the team.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a significant plus. Preference will be given tthose whhave run a small business, startup, or product vertical and understand the full lifecycle of product creation, from strategy and development tmarket launch. That said, you're not alone in this at tbk—you'll have a strong team beside you.
