Responsibilities
Member Experience & Café
- Greet members and create a positive atmosphere
- Make cafe drinks
- Assist new members with trials, sign-ups, onboarding
- Handle administration though our laptop and use check-ins, account questions, and support.
Sales & Revenue
- Respond to all inquiries(DMs, emails, texts)
- Track and log trials, sales, freezes, and cancellations
- Promote club programs (classes, private training, challenges)
- Recommend add-ons (gloves, wraps, smoothies, coffee, upgrades)
Operations
- Maintain facility standards and complete daily checklists
- Request repairs and communicate issues within 24 hours
- Support community events, specialty classes, and club activations
- Assist with café operations as needed
Growth Path:
- Phase I — Onboarding (3 Months)
- Phase II — Sales & Retention Leadership (6–12 Months)
- Phase III — Operations & Team Leadership
Advancement requires consistent performance across KPIs for 3 consecutive months. Bonuses paid when monthly targets are achieved.
