Role Description

We're looking for a technical co-founder to lead product development at Favens; from MVP to scalable platform. This person will build the backend architecture, implement AI-driven matching and CRM systems, and oversee the integration of payment, chat, and dashboard features. You will be the first engineer at a brand-driven startup redefining how creatives connect with brands. You will have the freedom to architect the product and shape the company from day one. Ideally, the
Interim Co-Founder/CTO is
a builder with strong ownership, creativity, and a desire to grow something from the ground up.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone driven, curious, and ready to grow alongside Favens. The ideal candidate is a student or early-career builder who brings both strong technical skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
