SummaryAs Senior Advisor, Technology Services & Strategy, you will play a critical role in defining and driving our technology vision through leadership of the following functions:
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
Support bi-annual strategic planning cycles and deep dives, with outputs for C-suite leadersEnable cross-functional development, execution and optimization of Bell's Technology Services team strategyEstablish and expand AI-focused practices and solutions across teams.Creation, management and tracking of strategic programs and development of executive level communicationsPrepare presentations for internal strategy reviews, as well as to support communications and organizational eventsStakeholder Management
Assist with planning and carrying out SVP & EVP weekly team meetingsWork with senior management, business leaders, and stakeholders to align on strategic goalsTransformation programs
Facilitate the planning and implementation of Centres of Excellence (CoEs).Develop and support the implementation of change management plans and activities What will you bring? Critical Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a role related to business strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting.Strong analytical skills; able to turn data into insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesSkilled in project and change management, ideally for large transformationsCreative leader with strong organizational skillsCapable of coordinating inter-connected deliverablesEffective team player at all organization levelsBilingual (English/French) is a plus#EmployeeReferralProgram
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
