**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Manager with experience in healthcare settings to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in acute care, human resources, and budgeting, with a background in supervising staff in medical or dental offices.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient workflow and quality patient care

  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and administrative staff

  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards

  • Handle budgeting and financial aspects of the facility, including cost control measures

  • Utilize medical terminology knowledge to communicate effectively with staff and patients

  • Coordinate with medical providers to ensure seamless patient care delivery

  • Maintain inventory and supplies necessary for the facility's operations

**Experience:**

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a hospital, dental office, or medical setting

  • Proficiency in Curve Dental software or similar medical office management systems

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
