Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, Remote – Canada)

Location:
Remote (open to candidates anywhere in Canada, with a preference for Nova Scotia)

Schedule:
2–3 days per week (approximately 6 hours per day)

Compensation:
$80/hour, with potential to increase

• Are
  licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Nurse Practitioner in Nova Scotia

• Bring experience in
  primary care, preventive health, or chronic disease management

• Have an
  interest or background in hormone health, integrative care, or functional medicine
  – a plus but not required
• Feel confident working independently in a
  virtual care environment
  .

What the Job Involves

In this role, you'll:

• Conduct
  virtual consultations
  to assess hormone-related and general health concerns.
• Prescribe and develop individualized treatment plans
  based on lab results and patient goals.
• Collaborate with the
  care coordination team
  to ensure smooth patient follow-up.
• Monitor progress
  , adjust plans, and document care accurately.
• Provide
  evidence-based education
  to empower patients in understanding their health.
• Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of Inner MD's patient care model.
