We Are Hiring: Live-In Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Richmond Hill, ON

Location:

Start Date:

Thursday, October 16, 2025

Pay Rate:

$454 per week (Gross)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication routines
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
  • Accompany client to appointments, therapy, or community activities
  • Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
  • Communicate effectively with family and healthcare professionals

Shift Details:

  • Live-in position with overnight stay required
  • Schedule: Thursday 9:30 AM to Saturday 9:30 AM
  • Breaks provided during the shift

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid PSW certification or equivalent caregiving experience
  • PSWs certified in Restorative Care who can offer strong support
  • Experience supporting clients with Multiple Sclerosis or limited mobility preferred
  • Physically capable of performing transfers and mobility assistance
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Filipino nationality, middle-aged applicants preferred
