Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to leverage marketing and technology tools to achieve sales targets. Fluency in English is required. Duties

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through telemarketing, networking, and market research
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to enhance sales approaches
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue streams

Qualifications

  • Access to transportation to different locations
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
  • Ability to understand technical products or services and communicate their value clearly
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
  • Prior experience in technical or business development sales is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
