About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Developer
to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level .NET applications
while leading and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams
to build scalable, high-performance applications using the latest .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Architecture

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    high-performance web and desktop applications
    using
    C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
    .
  • Architect and implement
    scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
    .
  • Optimize application performance, database queries, and API interactions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and microservices architectures.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

  • Provide
    technical guidance and mentorship
    to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Conduct
    code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve best practices
    .
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Database & Backend Development

  • Design and optimize
    SQL Server databases
    including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Implement
    Entity Framework, Dapper, or other ORM solutions
    .

DevOps, Security & Deployment

  • Work with
    CI/CD pipelines
    , automate deployment processes, and manage cloud-based environments (
    Azure, AWS
    ).
  • Ensure
    secure coding practices
    and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor application performance and implement logging and error-handling strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience
    in .NET development.
  • Expert in
    C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework, MVC, Web API, and RESTful services
    .
  • Strong experience with
    Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design
    .
  • Proficiency in
    frontend technologies
    such as
    JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, or Blazor
    .
  • Experience with
    Azure or AWS cloud services
    (App Services, Functions, Containers).
  • Strong knowledge of
    OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture
    .
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Git, Agile methodologies, and unit testing frameworks
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with
    NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, CosmosDB)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    GraphQL, gRPC, and real-time communication (SignalR, WebSockets)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    AI/ML integration with .NET applications
    .
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Developer Associate or .NET Developer
    .
