AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Parts CSR in Peterborough, ON. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, determine their needs, provide advice and friendly service
  • Provide accurate information of parts availability, specifications and pricing
  • Sales and Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders by phone, email or in person
  • Inventory Management: Store and tracking inventory ensuring accuracy, monitoring inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
  • Coordinating with service team ensuring parts availability for service calls
  • Payments and Returns: Assist with cash sales and handling of returns and exchanges
  • Other tasks deemed necessary by management

Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role
  • Proficiency in Suite office
  • Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
  • Product Knowledge: A general understanding of Industry (an asset)
  • Proactive and autonomous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
