The Opportunity
Innovate and Lead – Join our Aviation team as a Project Engineer and help deliver some of Canada's most critical airport infrastructure projects. From runways and taxiways to airfield lighting and de-icing facilities, you'll contribute to every stage of project development—concept through construction—while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
Your Impact
- Coordinate conceptual, functional, and detailed design phases for airport infrastructure projects.
- Develop and review technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Prepare engineering drawings, design reports, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, supporting communication and issue resolution.
- Support quality assurance and quality control processes across design deliverables.
- Contribute to proposal preparation, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Analyze project schedules to track milestones and critical path activities.
- Perform field reviews and attend project sites to support design and construction activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligible for registration in Ontario.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in Canada, ideally in aviation, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with TP312 5th Edition, ICAO, or FAA standards is an asset.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project scheduling or modeling tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel to project/client sites as needed.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
