Description
The cosmetician places the priority on exemplary customer service, acting as a sales consultant in performing personalized sales.
Responsibilities:
- Offer exemplary customer service
- Make contact with customers and ask questions to identify their needs
- Advise customers and sell cosmetic products
- Apply makeup and conduct events/presentations
- Manage merchandise
- Perform customer transactions
Requisite skills and knowledge:
- A diploma in vocational studies, aesthetics or cosmetology is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of a wide range of cosmetics products and services
- Good knowledge of new trends
- Good knowledge of both French and English
