Job Overview

G2 Gas technician, maintenance and repair of water heater, furnace, fireplace and other natural gas and propane appliances. Air conditioning certification is preferred but will train the right candidate;

Duties

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings
  • Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
  • Diagnose issues using mechanical knowledge and repair or replace faulty parts as needed
  • Assist with appliance repair related to HVAC systems when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities and system conditions
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a solid understanding of HVAC systems. Will consider new technician based on working interview.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, boiler operation, and appliance repair techniques
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
