As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Agency Research & Verification Specialist to help ensure the accuracy, quality, and credibility of the agencies listed on our site.
Position Overview
The Agency Research & Verification Specialist plays a key role in maintaining our platform's integrity. You will research marketing agencies, verify submitted information, check for legitimacy, ensure listings meet our standards, and help keep our database clean and accurate.
Tasks- Research agencies online (website, social media, business presence, services offered)
- Verify agency submissions and ensure authenticity
- Review and validate submitted user reviews
- Identify fraudulent or suspicious listings
- Maintain and update agency database information
- Follow internal guidelines for accuracy and compliance
- Report trends, issues, or inconsistencies to management
- Assist with basic outreach when additional information is needed
- Strong research and internet-checking skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough
- Comfortable identifying red flags and inconsistencies
- Familiar with marketing, digital agencies, or online business directories (a bonus)
- Excellent written English
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
